The renovation of 36,000 sf of warehouse space into first class office space was completed in 2002 at a cost of $2,000,000 for Health Plus, an HMO sponsored by Lutheran Medical Center. The project located on two (2) floors in one of Brooklyn’s historic Bush Terminal warehouse buildings was a “gut rehab” which included open and private office areas, a board room, sculptural central stair for internal movement, full service computer facility, executive offices, children’s play area, and employee cafeteria and lounge. Both this project and an additional 15,000 sf expansion completed in 2004, were completed within budget and severe time constraints.

The work for Health Plus has continued on an ongoing basis and has included over twenty projects, including satellite facilities in all five boroughs, as well as miscellaneous upgrades, relocations, and other support facilities.
